We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your photoshoot to ensure you are feeling stress-free and ready to go, maximising the time we have in the studio. If you are bringing a baby with you, if possible, feed and change them prior to the shoot and make sure they've had plenty of sleep. We know this isn't always possible but a fed, clean and content baby is a happy baby, and this helps us get the most out of your session. It is also worth considering outfit choices in advance. If you are coming in as a group, coordinate so you can match if you want or just come in what everyone is comfortable wearing!

We recommend wearing clothes that you are happy and confident in, and that reflect you (or your family if you are coming in for a group session). Bring a couple of options with you, including shoes and jewellery (or even a hat!) that match the outfits you have chosen. For the little ones, dress up outfits can look great on camera and they can really express their inner dinosaur at the same time. Roar!

Yes! If your child has a favourite toy, special first teddy bear, mini drum kit, lightsaber or Barbie doll, feel free to bring it with you. It's a great way to get those candid shots while they're playing and expressing themselves - just like they would in the living room at home!

No. Your session fee includes the shoot itself, plus 10 prints (of 2 different photos). If after viewing your edited photos, you'd like to purchase additional prints, enlargements or a USB, we have a selection of optional packages. We want you to feel confident so do whatever that means for you: whether that's a natural look, no makeup or getting your hair and makeup done professionally beforehand, go for it! We recommend bringing a hairbrush and hairspray to tidy when you get here.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially with little ones. As you will have paid a session fee, you are welcome to reschedule for a more convenient time. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible so that we can re-open the slot to other customers.

After your shoot we will edit your photos (this usually takes about 7 days) and then send you a link to view the watermarked versions online. Then just let us know which ones you'd like and we'll get them printed and posted out to you. You can also then decide whether you would like to purchase one of our packages.

After you've decided which photos you'd like, you will receive them in the post within 10 working days. If you decide to order a package with a USB, we can email over the high resolution photos on the same day that payment is made. If you need your photographs sooner, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate. 

We offer several different packages that include a USB stick with high resolution photos - these are copyright free which means you can print them, make canvases and share them online. Please take a look at our Packages page for further details on what is included in all our available options.

No, we offer a mix of both black and white and colour photographs for you to choose from. 

Yes. All photographs you receive will receive basic retouching to enhance the photographs at no additional charge. We generally keep retouching to a minimum to ensure we are still capturing authentic photographs of you and your family. However, if you have any specific retouching requests, please let us know. 

Our studio is fully accessible via a lift. If you have any concerns or questions in advance of your session, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

There is on-street parking outside the studio. The first hour is free (which should be ample for most shoots) but just be sure to get a ticket from the machines. More details on how to reach our studio can be found here.
